Understanding the Costs Involved

A good rule of thumb is to take the monthly payment (ex: $1,000.00) and that would be equivalent to your deposit amount. The application fee is not a standard fee either, we have seen it to run for approximately $35.00 - $45.00 per adult. So, your approximate move-in total for a property renting at $1,000.00/mo is: $1,000.00 Deposit, + $1,000.00 Your first month's rent, + $35.00 Application fee/applicant over the age of 18.
